Working Procedure
Export MBOX Emails to PDF
Steps to convert MBOX Mailbox Files as PDF :
- If you select PDF option as export type, then the tool will give Advance PDF Saving options, File Naming Options, and Advanced Filters. So you can choose as per your requirement.
- Now, you can select Advanced PDF Options.
You can choose Page Seting options through which you can decide the Margin, Page Orientation, Page Size, Bates Number Format, and Stamp Current Date.
- Now, select Attachment Options through which you can select options related to attachments like Embed Attachments to PDF, Convert Attachments to PDF, Exact Attachments to a Separate Folder, and Add or Append Attachments after PDF.
- Click on the Advanced Filter Options for the selective file conversion process.
- You can utilize Date Filters, From, To, and Subject filters for the further process.
- After that, you need to select that path where all converted files will be saved.
- After selecting destination location, press on Convert button to initiate the conversion procedure of MBOX files to PDF. You can view live conversion during the process.
- After clicking on OK option, the software will highlight you can utilize the View Log option.
- Then the tool will open the log repot for complete process.
