Backup Office 365 Account to Another Office 365 Admin Account
Steps to migrate Office 365 user accounts data to another Office 365 admin account :
For Office 365 tenant to tenant migration, select Office 365 option from Select Saving options drop down menu.
Now enter the login details of Office 365 user account into which you want to move your O365 data
The Office 365 Backup Tool is a complete tool that also provides advanced filters for backup process.
Date Filters - User can select date range to save emails only the selected date range
TO, FROM Fields Filters - Users can choose specific to and from addresses to save Office 365 emails
Subject Filters - Users can filter the final saving by saving the emails that contains specfic words and phrases.
Choose the appropriate filter option from the following options -
The software provides selective saving option for "selective backup". Select those folders you want to save.
Now, click the Backup button once you selected all desired options and filters as shown below-
The software will open a new Impersonate User Accounts window and prompts you to generate CSV file containing user accounts.
A CSV file will open displaying a list of Login user accounts
In the Backup User column, enter the Office 365 user account into which you want to import your O365 accounts data.
Once the CSV file is generated and saved, a new window opens showing the message
The software will now show the list of impersonated admin user accounts. Now click on Next button to start the Office 365 to Office 365 admin account migration process.
The software will now start the process of Office 365 backup to PST process.
Once the software done with the process, it will open an alert window showing successful completion of conversion process. Click OK button to proceed next.
After successful conversion, software will open the Log Report in TXT file as shown below -
