Working Procedure
Export OLM As EML
Steps to export OLM database as EML :
- Choose EML file format option from the Select Saving Option list.
- Set Folder Types as per requirement that includes Contacts and Calendar. Select Contacts if you want to export only OLM contacts. The software will provide multiple saving options for the same.
- Choose Calendar option if you want to export calendar details into ICS.
- Set the destination path where you want to save resultant file. By default, software will show desktop location. You can go to search icon, click on it and choose the path accordingly to save the file. Or you can select option of Save Converted Message in Same Source Folder to save resultant file in a default destination folder.
- Set File Naming Options as per requirement for easy management of resultant file after conversion.
- Click Next to start the conversion process.
- Process will immediately starts and shows the live conversion process report on the screen.
- After complete procedure ends, software will show a message on the screen "Process Completed Successfully".
