Merge PDF Files

Steps to merge PDF files :

  • Choose Merge option to Merge PDF files.

  • Select Add Files to add multiple PDF documents and Add Folder to load complete folder containing numerous PDF files.

  • The software will display the list of added PDF files, as shown below.

  • You can even delete any unnecessary PDF file using Remove File(s) button. Or you can even delete all PDF files and clear the software screen using Remove All button.

  • After Checking all PDF files, press on the Next Button.

  • The tool also offers two PDF Merge options. Select any PDF Merge option as per your requirements and Suitability.
      Split Merged by File Size (MB) : Choose this option to split the resulting merged PDF document with specified file size in MB.
      Merge PDF by Page Range : Use this option to merge multiple PDF documents into a single PDF file by specifying the page range for each document.

  • Under destination path option, the software provides you with the facility to either create a new PDF file or merge into the existing PDF file.

  • For saving the resultant files as a new PDF file, the software also lets you choose the destination location, where you want to save it. (By default it is selected as Desktop). Press on the Change option and choose the destination path to save output files.

  • Finally, Click on Merge button to start the process of merging PDF files.

  • Once the process is complete it will show you a message on the top of your screen that the process is completely successfully, then press the OK button.

  • Hit on the OK button to save your log report in txt file format.

  • Now, it will automatically open the Destination folder location showing the resultant PDF files.
