Export Zimbra As NSF

Steps to convert Zimbra TGZ files as NSF :

  • For exporting Zimbra database to NSF, select NSF option from Select Export Type options. Click Browse button to select Destination Folder location.

  • Navigate to the location where you want to save the resultant files and click OK button.

  • The selected destination path will appear in the Destination path text box. Click Next to move to next step.

  • Next, select the checkbox appearing next to "Split NSF" option, to select the size in MB or GB after which the NSF file will be splitted.

  • Click on the "date filters" checkbox to select the date range to convert Zimbra data to NSF within specified date range.

  • Choose the option "Create Separate NSF file for each TGZ file " to save Zimbra user profiles in individual NSF files. After selecting the desired options, click on Export button to proceed further

  • Once you click on Export button the software will start the process of Zimbra to PST conversion. The export process will display every detail about the conversion such as the current file progress, item count, status, size etc.

  • Once the software done with the process, it will open an alert window showing successful completions of conversion process. Click OK button to finsh the process.

  • Once you click the OK button, the software will enable two buttons OK and Save Report. If you want to exit the application, click OK. If you want the complete conversion progress report, hit Save Report button, which will save the detail of processing in CSV file as a record.

  • A new window will open showing the message of successful saving of conversion report. Click OK button to finally finish the process and exit the application.

  • Navigate to the folder location of your resultant files and click on the .csv file to open and access the conversion report

  • Navigate to the folder location of your resultant files and click on the folder to open and access the resultant files

  • Now open NSF files in Lotus Notes by double clicking on the selected NSF file. The selected NSF file will appear in Lotus Notes.
