Working Procedure
Export MDaemon Mailboxes to Office 365 using I am Admin Option
Steps to convert MDaemon mailboxes to Office 365 using I am Admin option:
- To import multiple MDaemon users mailboxes to Office 365 admin account, follow the below steps as mentioned:
- Choose the option "I am Converting Multiple Users" to convert multiple MDaemon users at one time and click Select Folders button :
- Now, go to the location where MDaemon users with domain are saved and click Select Folder button. :
- The destination path of MDaemon users will appear. Click Next.
- Tool now display the list of all folder items on the screen with a checkbox. You can use it for selective conversion.
- Go to Select Saving Options and choose Office 365 from the menu appearing.
- Enter Login details of Office 365 account and select the option of I am Admin. Also, set other options accordingly such as Item Filters, Copy to Default Folder etc.
- Now, Go to Advance Filters option for selective migration.
- Choose All Items, if you want to export all MDaemon items to Office 365 account.
- Use Apply Filters, and click Apply Filters button to export as per date range, to, from, subject etc.
- Filters window will appear. Set options as per need and click OK button.
- Click Connect button to proceed.
- The tool will start connecting to provided account as shown:
- Microsoft Sign-in to your account window will appear. Provide the credentials of Office 365 account on the same:
- Now Click on Browse button to import CSV file.

- Go to the location where CSV file is saved and click on it and hit Open button.
- Click Import CSV buttonto import all MDaemon users on the software for migration.
- Now, the tool will go through the list of imported CSV users and start the extraction process.
- All users are now successfully imported. Click OK and press Export button.
- MDaemon users’ mailboxes are now migrating to Office 365.
- Migration Process Completed Successfully.
- Clicking OK button will generate a log report in TXT file which will show the export details such as Saving Type, Path and Items Converted.
